Annual Training

By providing our employees with chances for continued professional development, we hope to raise the bar for all childcare providers and hold ourselves to a higher standard. Also, once a month, we get together to talk about how to keep early childhood education at a high level, including strategies for supporting kids who may use a little extra positivity, engagement, and confidence in their daily classes. Training like this helps us provide higher-quality child care at Kids in Kare by expanding our staff's horizons and enhancing their abilities.
